It was a lovely and stunning location for us, really close to Montpellier, the park for breakfast, and the airport. Liked our rooms with a terrace.

I was there for 1 night and definitely want to stay in that area again. Everything at this hotel was good. Impeccable service, even though a few employees were really slow. I had outstanding food for breakfast with all organic ingredients. The vibe here was unique! The location was good and amazing for me, in the center of Montpellier.

Nice and quiet location close to Monpellier a wide range of facilities are available
- As a hotel guest one is still obliged to pay an additional fee for the use of the spa or the fitness - the hotel does not have an elevator though rooms go up to the 3. floor - The room is luxurious yet not very convenient in some aspects

Excellent apartment for traveling with one child - spacious, nice outlook over vines, good bathroom & kitchen for a longer stay.
Kitchen poorly equipped - only two mismatched wineglasses, no bowls etc. They clearly don't really intend you to use the kitchen. Small bed (queensize I think) in main bedroom.

This place is clean with attentive staff and rooms featuring jacuzzi baths.

Special small place with lovely and excellent location right by restaurant, the park for breakfast, and the tram into the city. Caring, efficient people working here. Good breakfast and unique, new-fashioned rooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good service. Excellent stay, as always.

It was a very nice stay and different experience than any other hotel I have tried. The design and the atmosphere are wonderful. It is a perfect hotel
The only thing which maybe they have to consider is the rule of the indoor swimming pool, because kids under 14 were not allowed even if the are accompanied with an adult, we stayed in winter time and of course it was freezing to let the kids swim in the outdoor one. Of course they helped us to let the kids swim at the indoor one but with limited time. Plus that this rule was not listed in the hotel information in the website.

I can not believe that this hotel got such a high rating. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is not 5 star by any stanard. I have stayed in many 2 star hotels and found the experience much more pleasent. The staff were most unhelpful. The restaurant is understaffed and waiting times accordingly long. The facilities are limited - tiny outdoor pool and pretty ordinary spa. The hotel and its staff are soulless. I rarely complain bit on my conscience this was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel - We woke on the first morning with a mechanic drill going off outside our window. We waited for almost an hour to be served for dinner. We made an attempt to speak to the manager as we were so unhappy with things but he was unable to meet us until I finally made a third attempt through reception to track him down. We left after 3 days of an eight day stay as it was so bad. We were charged 1200 euro for the cancellation fee and we chose to leave because of the service we didn't get. I find it appaliing that we should have to pick up the tab for their poor standards although we stayed an extra night to facilitate them finding other guests for the room. This caused us huge inconvenience to move but we could not stay there a moment longer. I would seriously advise down grading this hotel and I certaintly could not reccomend it to anyone. As I said, we are not people to complain, we arenot difficult to please nor are we '5 star guests' we often stay in 2 or 3 star hotels but if we pay 5 star prices we expect 5 star service and this did not come close

Comfort and luxury
Strange mix of business and holiday guests meant loungers by pool and smartly dressed diners in a small space. Staff only interested in serving you in restaurant. Breakfast not good enough for 25 euros. Coffee machine in room- yes- but 3 euros a pod! Everything is extra which on top of the room rate bought the value down for me.

Nice design, great rooms. It's a great place with many nice ideas.
The stuff was a desaster, no-one at he reception at arriving, we needed to call someone by phone! The luggage was forgotten in the car by the bellman. The whirlpool in the room was not working. As we wanted to ordrer the roomservice, no-one responded, then after many calls the reception said there was nobody available (at 8 P.M.!) and that they would call us back. After half an hour there was still no call back... The food was ok, but they forgot the dvd we asked for at the same time. For a 5-Star Hotel, the stuff is absolutly not on the level one could expect.
